Dear Karen, I want to tell you how pleased I am with everything. The workmen were just wonderful! They worked like a well oiled machine. I was extremely happy with their politeness, their neatness, their work ethic and all in all their professionalism. I am not only ecstatic over how my room looks but the very idea that everybody I dealt with in your company has been so accommodating and engaging makes me fortunate that I read the Daily News that day.
